Michelle was awesome. When I called I told her I wasn't ready to make a purchase but that I needed the plastic protector for one of my beds. There was no hesitation. She said she'd call me back when the delivery men came back to see if they had one. Sure enough she called. When I went in to get the plastic I looked at some mattresses because I do plan to purchase in the future. Michelle definitely will get my business when I'm ready. Great customer service.
