I had a very pleasant experience with Shanon. He was very polite and worked with me in order to get my daughter a new bed. All in all, a very great experience!
We purchased a high end mattress and adjustable set (thousands of $$) five years ago. We were prepared to buy a new mattress today after having some back issues, however the friendly experienced staff told us to try an adjustment first on our existing as we should not need to buy a new mattress already! They could have easily made a thousand dollars today, but were honest with us and that’s why we keep coming back. We returned that favor by purchasing some greatly priced pillows. Easiest mattress shopping I’ve ever done! Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products and set us up with various options meeting our preferences. Free delivery with the purchase we made, too, which is a HUGE benefit for us.
