We ordered a mattress and matress protector. It has been over a month and no one can give us an idea when the matress protector was going to come in.

Please wait until you've had a mattress from Metro mattress for a year before you write a review. Reason being, this mattress was great for Almost a 1st year that I've had it. Now after spending over $3000, I'm looking into buying a new mattress. My hip and upper back are in so much pain that I can't even sleep through the night. I turn my mattress every time I change my sheets in hope for just one night of good sleep. I'm a 5'3 tall female and only weigh 120lbs. I shouldn't even make a dent in this 15" mattress, But I do.
