Please wait until you've had a mattress from Metro mattress for a year before you write a review. Reason being, this mattress was great for Almost a 1st year that I've had it. Now after spending over $3000, I'm looking into buying a new mattress. My hip and upper back are in so much pain that I can't even sleep through the night. I turn my mattress every time I change my sheets in hope for just one night of good sleep. I'm a 5'3 tall female and only weigh 120lbs. I shouldn't even make a dent in this 15" mattress, But I do. Extremely happy with the experience we had at metro mattress! As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Steve Martin. We told him how I have back problems and need a mattress to relieve the stress. He brought us to a few different options that he thought would be best! He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the conversation while testing the mattresses. We ended up purchasing the first mattress he suggested!!
