Quick and easy.
Buying from Monica was a great experience! Service after the sale has not been. When my remote stopped working, I called the store and was told (not by Monica) to watch a YouTube video. So I did to no avail. Called again and asked to speak to one of the service guys who setup the beds and was told by the same person to call the company that provides the remote controlled bedframes. I feel that if I had spoken to Monica that she would have helped me.
Monica is amazing! The best customer service! We never felt pressured and she answered all of our questions. Great experience!
