Worst experience ever. We purchased a king size bed and I specifically asked the salesperson "This is everything, right? Mattress, box spring and frame? She said "Yes, it's everything" it was classified in their system as a "kit" Then we were told if we applied for financing we would get 12 months interest free. Well, that didn't happen. We found out after we got home we received an email that we were given only 6 months interest free financing and when they delivered our bed there was NO FRAME INCLUDED!
