Bonnie was the sales person and she was great! She made sure we would get the mattress the next day. She gave us a follow up call to discuss other item’s availability. The delivery guys called to say they were on the way and it was the time promised. We love the mattress!

I don't know anything about the mattresses but in the past buying from them went well. but I had a bad time ordering a bed liner. It didn't come in on time. This is after I told them I would order from Amazon if they could not guarantee a timely delivery. Then canceling was a bear. I had to go back twice because I was told I had to have the original seller cancel the order. 😞
