Me and my wife couldn’t be happier we walked into Metro mattress last Saturday 3/29/25 in Batavia NY and we shared our needs with Brian at the store he hooked us up with a pillow top Duralast mattress / box spring within no time ! He said it would be delivered on the following Saturday 4/5/25 at 10:15-10:30am and it showed up 10:25am along with a courtesy call from the delivery guys , then two of the nicest young men showed up let me tell ya they were two of the nicest guys their names were Isaiah and Johnathan! Friendly and knowledgeable sales person. Was delivered promptly and professional. Would buy again.
Ordered Feb 1st. Have fought for 2 weeks to get delivery date on mattress. Finally promised after avoiding me for a week I would get a call today Sat Feb 15th for delivery Mon. No call by 4 so I called them. They let phone ring and never picked up. No call back extremely dissapointed......Don't bother
