We bought our mattress on August 8th and were given different delivery dates, but finally a delivery date of August 22 was given. However, now we have no idea when we will receive our mattress. No one ever told us there was a delay and no one ever reached out to us. We finally called the store ourselves and were told it wouldn’t be delivered and there was no explanation. It was a pleasure to work with Jake. He took the time to explain the difference in mattresses and helped us to select the one that best fits our needs. I highly recommend purchasing your mattress from Metro mattress.
Store manager was very helpful and the delivery men where very nice. They showed up 2 hours early but everything worked out. Was not informed that we had to wait 24 hours to sleep on it until it was delivered which caused a little problem.
Metro mattress does not stand behind their product! On May 18, 2022 we bought a king sized adjustable bed frame and twin sized mattresses for $9179.00. Each mattress in our package was $2900.00. Three years later (May 2, 2025) we went back to the store to complain about a large depression that developed in one mattress making it impossible to sleep on.
