Blake Merritt pushed through a fraudulent plat through the title company for a land sale when confronted he blamed the title company instead of taking responsibility for the the plat he ordered that has his name on it then paid for and distributed to the land owner a victim who paid for land that he doesn't own and the owner of the land stolen is told to leave him alone instead of trying to resolve the problem he created!
Greedy. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night all the time. Need to have the fire marshalls out. Dangerous are. Do not recommend! Overpriced and not worth it. Gun shots often.
