Wonderful experience with Jennifer, Emily and Tom! New construction whole house project - Metro Marble team delivered outstanding service with customized natural stone surfaces which are one of the highlights of our home and bring us joy daily!
We had an awful experience. We were ready to select and order a slab. Our designer was cross checking measurements and installation processes so the project goes smoothly for all the people involved. The designer on the project asked a few questions to provide clarity for her drawings. Fred emailed us and said he doesn’t want to do the project anymore with no rhyme or reason. During a recent renovation on our master bath, we were privileged to deal with Metro Marble and Granite for our countertops and windowsill. Metro personnel, Kelly and Jennifer, were especially friendly and helpful. They invited us to their facility to view and approve our chosen slab of quartz prior to manufacturing the finished sizes. I have had the pleasure of working with Metro Marble & Granite for our home build in 2023 and also a second project that we just finished. Not only were we thrilled with the quality and workmanship, but the interactions with each staff member were outstanding. Jennifer Horner went above and beyond to help us select the perfect stone for each area, and the install team was so kind and professional. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. Highly recommend!
