Great customer service! Thank you for your time and patience, Jeff.
They accepted cash for payment which I’m sure benefit them. I had a credit of hundreds of dollars. I WAS NOT told at the time that it would expire. I came back to use it and they continently had no record saying it expires. If I was informed that it would expire - I would have easily spent $400. Jeff, specifically is unprofessional and rude. He is not an honorable man.
Stopped looking for alternatives long time ago. This is what happened when you find one that is that good.
This store is Great unlike their Manhattan store that got CLOSED!🤦♂️ Steven Prieto can learn a thing from yall!
