Terrible offers on items offered me 350 combined for a 2015 macbook air(goes for 800 on craigslist used) and iPad pro (600 used on clist) and they offered me not even half of that total rip off!

I am sorry you were upset with our offers. Unfortunately we only go by a percentage of the used value since electronics depreciate and do not go up in value. Also, new models are always being released and we take that in account as well as basing calculations upon the fact of how many we have in back stock to sell ourselves.
