New customer and so far this has been a holy nightmare. I was lied to last week about our delivery and again not delivered today, doubt it was even attempted. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!!
Commercial customer here, Service is abysmal. AmeriGas is about to run our factory out of propane and the best they can do is an Indian tech support team to verify my company name and address, then put me on an eternal hold until I either die or the phone line dies. This is ridiculous AmeriGas! Get it together.
One of The worst experiences I’ve ever had with a gas company. I paid the emergency fee to have it delivered and was promised 24 hours. Seven days later, it still had not been filled and I had called every day and got a different answer from a different person - sat an hour on hold for the transfer to be disconnected- no one called back. so I canceled the service and went with another company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have been waiting nearly TWO WEEKS without any sort of response from the company. Was told it would be delivered between 01/16 and 01/20. Their customer support is awful - continue to guarantee that they will deliver the propane but NOPE! Still not here!
