The food is just barely average and the service is absolutely lousy. This place does not have enough staff and customers end up waiting a very long time. I spoke to two wait staff, and they said that the workplace is toxic. Further, if the wait staff doesn't like you, you will be profiled and deprioritized. There are much, much better luncheon and dining options in Lafayette. I would try those other places. This restaurant is getting outpaced by better chefs, better food, better service, and better drinks.
The food was amazing and service was great. I recommend this place for a nice dinner out. A little bit pricey, but worth every penny. They have a fantastic wine list. Our experience was fantastic.
We were really disappointed with the Mother’s Day brunch at Metro. What should have been a special celebration turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. It took nearly 2 hours to get our food, and about an hour and a half passed between getting the biscuits and finally receiving our meals.
