Really nice place I’m enjoying my work out
Staff is friendly. The gym is hot however and some of the machines are run down but are in working order. Cleaning/sanitation supplies are rarely restocked but overall this is a good gym.
This Metro KC site has a lot of equipment, it isn't organized in a great layout though. The locker/changing room situation leaves a lot to be desired. There's hooks missing, no shelf to set your stuff; it has to lay on the floor. One measly chair. If you come ALREADY DRESSED to workout (unlikely in freezing outdoor temps) you're good. But if you need to change into workout clothes, it is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Otherwise, great gym for the price and convenience. Price is good. Plenty of equipment. Staff is nice and helpful. Just like any gym there are slow and busy times.
My fav gym I’ve ever been part of! Love the variety of equipment and the location!
