Very well, organized staff members very polite individuals that come into the gym are very helpful as well. We definitely recommend.
This Metro KC site has a lot of equipment, it isn't organized in a great layout though. The locker/changing room situation leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise, great gym for the price and convenience.
