Shortly after I joined in January 2025, I started training with Jeff Saunders. Jeff is super cool and knows his stuff well. He truly cares about his clients and wants the best for them. From January 2025 to April 2025, thanks to the workouts Jeff laid out for me, his diet recommendations and vitamin recommendations, I was able to lose 30lbs. Not only am I losing weight but I am feeling better about myself. If you decide to go with a trainer at this location, I recommend Jeff. He’s great!
