This gym has gotten me back into a consistent workout routine for the first time in YEARS. The accountability membership has been so motivating. The convenience of the different locations, 24hr availability, and the staff at Briarcliff have all made this the best return to gym experience.

I canceled my membership in February in person at the downtown location, they have CONTINUED to charge me $326.62 for the last 7 months. After I signed all the paperwork at the gym to avoid any extra online cancellation fees. Every time I call and leave a message I never get a call back. I called again Monday the 27th of July and finally got a hold of someone and they said they would call me back. I never received a call back from anyone. My app still looks completely active, like they never initiated the cancellation EVER. ... read more

Great little gym in Briarcliff! It’s open 24/7, and your membership gives you access to all of their other locations, too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Paige is my personal trainer, and she’s been fantastic. She does a great job of teaching me the basics, explaining techniques and terminology, and building my confidence. I feel much more comfortable understanding and performing movements on my own when I’m at the gym solo. Love it here!
