Been training here for about 6 weeks. I was looking for a local gym that wasn't intimidating. Metro KC fit perfectly. I recommend working with the trainers if you can. All of them are approachable. I've been working with Jeremy and it's been an excellent decision.
This place is super welcoming and has Great trainers. The trainers made me feel like I belong there as someone who is severely out of shape. I completely recommend this location.

Great lil’ gym in Briarcliff. 24/7. Membership includes access to any other one of their locations. Staff is great, friendly. Other members too!
