This local gym in Briarcliff is nice and well maintained. Shane is a nice guy and a good trainer!!
Awesome place. Not too busy. I talked with Shane the few times I've been there. Awesome dude. You also have 24/7 access and you get access to multiple locations across Kansas and Missouri
Shane is the goat.
