Metro Performance Lab in Briarcliff is a great place to train for HYROX! I go here for the coached workouts, and the coaching makes a big difference. The sessions are challenging, keep me motivated, and help me push myself. Great atmosphere and a supportive training community. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for coached workouts or preparing for HYROX!
The new renovations are very limited with most of the equipment being gone. Not a fan and will be ending my membership here
Was a great gym. Then they decided to turn it into a “performance lab” which is a fancy way of saying it’s only group training and hyrox classes. If you want an actual gym to work out in go somewhere else.
Just joined this gym but equipment is clean, have everything I need, and it is open 24H so you can find times where it isn’t busy (for the antisocial people like me). 😊
