I did give you guys a good review at first and then my wife got arrested on her home because you gave our information to a off-duty cop that thought we stole her gun long story short we are in a lawsuit with KCPD and Metro fitness
I just started this week and trained with Shane at the briarcliff location. I am so happy to have decided to do personal training. Shane is wonderful. Really explains every exercise and how it will benefit you in daily tasks. I’m excited to continue this journey and see my progress! Thank you Shane
They are thieves. I had a membership but I wasn’t able to get over there anymore. I called and asked to cancel the membership and I was told I had to physically go to the gym just to end your membership. I only got the time now to go in and the person working was extremely rude and told me there is a way to do it online but it’s not through your membership portal.
