Downtown’s the main location I go to. Covers all the necessities, it’s always well maintained and clean, and it’s not usually too small for the traffic that comes through. Staff’s also always helpful and fun to talk to. Great membership prices too, with 24/7 access to multiple locations.

Great place to get a workout, whether it's early in the morning, middle of the day or late at night. Gym is clean and staff are friendly. All variety of equipment and machines. Plus, free parking in the upstairs garage!

Llevo un año viniendo en Metro KC y sinceramente ha sido una experiencia excelente. La comunidad es tranquila, limpia y bien cuidada. El personal siempre es amable y está dispuesto a ayudar. Me encanta la ubicación porque es muy conveniente y cerca de todo lo que necesito. Después de un año aquí, puedo decir que me siento muy feliz y cómoda. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría Metro KC a cualquiera que esté buscando un buen lugar para vivir!

Metro Kc is a great place to workout, they offer trainers at a low cost for beginners. Juan is my trainer and he has been great in helping me and my mom get closer to achieving our goals.
