Awesome staff and easy to work with and accommodating, they are a great place for getting infusion treatments, they notify you if you need to speak with your doctor or any other medical staff, they are really caring and attentive, I enjoy going to this place more then the local hospitals ambulatory care for my treatments, very personable people. They always check my weight to make sure I’m getting the correct dosage for my infusion everytime, they are very thorough with their work.
This place gets the job done but it’s not comfortable and all your medical discussions are in front of the other patients. You sit in a line of chairs, no privacy or even a curtain between each patient. Today the only TV was playing a religious catholic mass. The nurses openly ask you about your health and medical issues in front of the other patients. Today the nurse openly asked the lady next to me her weight, she was very embarrassed.
