Yeah these guys are objectively bad at their jobs. They messed up putting in my insurance and made me make the call to get approval. Oh but they don't want to talk to patients, your provider is supposed to call this in. Secretary is malicious, not just ignorant.
Premier Point Infusion center is the best place you can go to! It is like a palace and they even serve you lunch! They have 3 locations deerfield, chicago and oak lawn. I drive an extra 30 minutes to go to them because of how much better they are. Since the day I went to Metro Infusion Center it was nothing but a headache. I preferred the hospital. Everyone there seems annoyed to do their job. No one smiles and makes you feel at home. They even screwed up my billing and never once did I get an apology. They have multiple off... read more
