My 24 year old daughter a college student tried to transfer from rush for her infusion and they refused to make her an appointment. Never answers the phone. They say a nurse has to do it, but you never hear back from from any nurse even days after leaving a message. I called to complain today and now they say we are waiting on labs from the doctor but they won't call to get the labs. Again say I'll leave a message for the nurse. I wasted time doing expensive labs they ask for but still no appointment. This is horrible commun... read more

Loved going to this infusion center; the staff was always so nice and the building was tidy and clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and I'd highly recommend this place.
