Terrible place. Billing has no idea how to do their jobs and won’t listen. My husband literally almost died because of his Crohn’s and colitis, which he now gets an infusion for every 8 weeks. They are refusing to give him the infusion because they don’t understand how to bill his insurance. They need to bill both our insurances and then we pay whatever is left out of pocket. No amount of explaining or talking to anyone has helped. He needs his medication and takes time off work for his appointments. That they then cancel. T... read more
