No online portal, so if you need a reminder on your appointment time you have to call. They can only answer appointment questions during business hours which appear online to be long, but they are not correct. Very odd payment system. You pay online with direct deposits only (no credit/debit/FSA/HSA) and then it gets mailed to the facility. No privacy for most IV. If you ask or have migraines they’ll give you a private room. Nurse is friendly.
Very efficient operation. Very new and clean inside. They offered me a private room or the larger room. Kind and deliberate nurse who put the IV in perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any infusion needs. Much faster than the hospital due to the small operation and focused facility.
What’s the point of having H.I.P.P.A, if you’re in a giant room with no privacy? Should get negative stars. Awful place.
