Outstanding dealership – Over the years, I have dealt with Buick, Honda, BMW, and Metro Infiniti and found Metro is by far the best dealership. From the General Manager, to the sales staff, and service department, they all are customer service oriented and listen to their customers. I based this opinion on having completed 4 lease transactions with them and just purchased my newest Infiniti. Thank you Harris, Jim, David, and especially Cheryl for your outstanding job performances.
business ethics – There are 2 ways to beat your competitor provide a better service and price of your product or bad mouth your competitor. This dealership decided to do the later. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with this dealership.
Think Twice – I renewed my lease with Metro Infiniti in the Spring 2010.The Metro Infiniti Dealership over promised and under delivered. I had two months left on the old lease with no wear and tear and all paper work to prove all maintenance was made on the old lease throughout the time I owned it. (They didn't want to see it or didn't need it for the new transaction.) HORRIBLE!! DONT GO HERE! I guess you are only a customer when you buy! I called weeks ahead to return my leased vehicle. I arranged with Vicky. Since I work, i could only return the vehicle on the weekend. Vicky only works Mon. - Fri., so she told me just drop off the car on Sat. and someone at the dealership will just take the car and the keys. When I went there, no one knew about this and the manager named BILLY basically blew me off, saying he can't take the car now nor can I leave the car there for them to process on Mon... read more
