Be very careful when you choose your dealership! We have had a very bad experience with Infiniti of Cool Springs. The dealership would not stand behind their car and Carmine himself tried to blame the previous owner of the dealership even though we bought the car from him. He is a used care salesman and cares nothing about his customer. Never again would I purchase from this dealership.

Ahmad was wonderful. He did everything I asked him to do and more. He was more than patient and answered all my questions. We went back and forth between emails and phone calls for more than a month before I decided on the Q60. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade. He even brought the car to me to test drive as I didn't have time to travel to the dealership. I have and will definitely recommend Ahmad and Jim Coleman to everyone in the Future. My Q60 is an AWESOME car!!!!

I purchased a used 3 Series BMW from this dealership. The sales person, Ahmad Hanif, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. He worked with his manager to give me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. Ahmad is the kind of salesperson I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. He was professional through and through. Just a great guy as well. The financing person, Jaas Dzinic, was also excellent to deal with - he was quick to arrange the financing, and did a great job processing the paperwork.

Easily the best car buying experience ever! George Sanchez was kind, patient and very helpful, and everyone there was very nice and not at all "sale-sy." I highly recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to go there!

I just bought a new 2014 Infiniti Q60 coupe from Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda MD in July 2014 and it was a pleasant experience. My family bought a new Toyota Rav4 and Honda CR-V from local dealerships on the same month. But by far, this is the best customer experience, which it should be this way. Mark Dona was my saleman and he was very knowledgable about his the car. He stayed past his working hr to finish up the sale. I have purchased or leased several Infiniti's from Jim Coleman over past number of years. I am about to turn in a lease vehicle and Ahmad Hanif has been incredibly helpful and cooperative in making arrangements for me to do that at the dealership. He has continued my overall great experiences with this dealership, even when not making a car deal. Greatly appreciate those efforts.
