The doctor is courteous and knowledgeable, but the nurse/receptionist is absolutely horrible. She was incredibly rude when I took my father to their office. When I asked my sister about the previous appointment, she said she had the same unpleasant experience. My father is elderly and battling cancer, so I would assume a healthcare worker would show at least a small amount of professionalism or care.
