Outstanding service! Everyone here was so pleasant and helpful! IF I have to get an infusion done again, this is the place I will definitely go!
Unpleasant experience to say the least. I had a referral here & the doctor provided me with the worst level of medical care that I've ever received. The doctor wasn't mean, but very dismissive & in a rush as if she had somewhere else to be or didn't have the time to be bothered. Just waking up & thinking back on it this morning, I'm completely disgusted!
At least got to my diagnosis efficiently in the hospital. In 1 week. I needed lot's of antibiotics
Dr. Bickel referral me to this place I have called them for over a month and they have not scheduled me an appointment or call me back or called my doctor like they said they were going to do but I found out they did not when I just got off the phone with my doctor I would never use this office ever again the people there do not do their jobs and do not care for people. doctors offices like this should be shut down and the doctors should lose their doctors license because evidently they’re just in it for the money and that’s... read more
I've been a patient at the Sterling Hts. location for 5 yrs. The staff is amazing! I am leaving this infusion center since corporate decided to segregate the unvaccinated from the vaccinated. This new process is now starting a whole year after the vaccine started to be given out to the public. In the back where I usually sit with everyone we are to sit in every other chair with a mask on.
