I kept calling and leaving messages to make an appointment with my doctor, but nobody would ever call me back so I switched to another doctor.
They’re a great office in person and my provider, Amanda Koziel, is awesome but they are never reachable by phone, making simple routine medication refills stressful and impossible to get done.
The word *Inclusive* in the name much be for show. I found to strange they asked me my race and ethnicity on the phone before making my appointment, however I was about to secure an appointment which I was beyond thankful for because most of the other places had 4-6 hrs waits or 6 months for a first appointment. Not even 5 mins later they called back to cancel my appointment and refused to see me. This company is extremely corrupt and dangerous to this community. They have lied then belittled me by denying insurance that THEY set up. They have falsified legal documents and ran me around town. I've tried reporting to but this company has supervisors covering up for their malicious case managers and housing team. They got a new CEO this yr, when I try contacting her they blocked my phone number. This company needs to be evaluated by the state!
