I would suggest coming here for STD/STI testing or HRT while you are wait listed at a different doctor in the area. I would not come here long term and I would advise to avoid scheduling an appointment you are not positive you will be able to attend. You will struggle to get someone on the phone and I have had to physically go to the office to cancel an appointment before because they will hang up on you when you try to cancel. I’ve been coming to Metro for years for my prep. Everyone has been wonderful from Dr. Britto everyone in the office always amazing genuine focused committed. The only person that has ever been disgusting to me there was in the Central Ave office in St Pete her name is Shea. She was demeaning and degrading I don’t know why she’s so angry.
