I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my husband and I with Dr. Camila Brito. Well, after scheduling twice, they canceled and rescheduled. When we thought we would be seen for the third time, the day before they called again, canceling mine and confirming my husband's for the next day. Well, he canceled work, closed his office, drove an hour to be there at the time they requested, and surprisingly, they canceled while he was there, once again giving any excuse. My talk therapist Stephanie Whitely is fantastic. Also, they have many other services available. Highly recommended.
Great staff, very welcoming. Also the first doctors office I've been to where they will actually text you to help you get things figured out, rather than just pointing you at the portal and going "figure it out."
This place is a joke- everytime I go it’s something with them- ie running really late <45, short staffed, staff that are not at all informed, rude receptionist that hang up, doctors that are in such a hurry bc they have to fill their quotas for the day so thus, no bedside care/manner. This office is just a mess. Then I get rescheduled bc of an error on their end and they act like it’s no big deal and brush it off.
