Scheduling and check in were easy and everyone was professional and on time. My reason for 3 stars is specific to one thing; I had my yearly mammogram done today and the medical gown for covering up consisted of a crop top that could be tied in front but left my back totally exposed. There was one other woman in the waiting area and I couldn’t quite cover my entire upper torso. I mentioned this to the technician and she replied ‘well there are no men here’…as if that matters. Not pleased at all. My insurance told me to use Metro Imaging because it was cheaper. Well you get what you pay for. I am still waiting on my results 6 days after my ultrasound after being told they would be sent to my doctor that day. My doctor hasn't received the results. That was after waiting over an hour in the sauna of a waiting room because they overlooked me. The general level of service is poor as it appears the folks behind the counter don't like to have to deal with people. I will not use Metro Imaging again... read more
DON’T GO IF YOU HAVE MISSOURI MEDICAID or MEDICARE ... they will bill improperly then blame you ..... Improper billing , refusal to bill correct insurance , noncompliance with Medicaid guidelines !!! Non compliance with Medicaid’s guidelines for billing to patients in missouri !!
maybe they should state in their ads that they do not take anyone who is not mobile. My daughter is in a wheelchair and they refuse to do her swallow test.
