Not pleased at all. My insurance told me to use Metro Imaging because it was cheaper. Well you get what you pay for. I am still waiting on my results 6 days after my ultrasound after being told they would be sent to my doctor that day. My doctor hasn't received the results. That was after waiting over an hour in the sauna of a waiting room because they overlooked me. The general level of service is poor as it appears the folks behind the counter don't like to have to deal with people. I will not use Metro Imaging again... read more
DON’T GO IF YOU HAVE MISSOURI MEDICAID or MEDICARE ... they will bill improperly then blame you ..... Improper billing , refusal to bill correct insurance , noncompliance with Medicaid guidelines !!! Non compliance with Medicaid’s guidelines for billing to patients in missouri !!

I go to Metro Imaging South County for all my medical needs. Today I had my yearly mammogram, I loved Karen. She was very sweet & very professional, she explained every step of the mammogram.
Very nice & professional , i would recommend metro imaging.
The staff was wonderful, gentle and kind. My injury is very painful and the xray tech was very cool in letting me ease into the positions she needed.
maybe they should state in their ads that they do not take anyone who is not mobile. My daughter is in a wheelchair and they refuse to do her swallow test.

It was a wonderful place to get my test done. Very clean place. Very friendly staff especially the lady that administered my MRI even when I got sick from the dye. She was so great.
