Hire people who actually do their jobs! they delayed our delivery for 3 weeks because of trees they said were in the way, but could not mark one tree that was was a problem. tried tried to charge $500 extra for said tree. they did not hook up water under under the home, delaying move in more days. Sewer pipes were jammed together, not secured so they drip. ordered bright yellow underpinning. pinning guys didn't want to work in any amount amount of mud, I could go on and on.
