They used to pump oil out of this place for years and they recently covered the holes. High levels of cancer in this area.
THIS IS NON-GATED community! The developer doesn’t care of resident safety, I lived here for almost 2 years, many residents report the safety problem to HOA, and they said it is developer’s responsibility to build a nice gate, since the current gate can allow everyone go inside, the security people don’t ask anything for any visitors, so we found few cameras hidden from the corner of the park, that is horrible. That doesn’t make sense we pay over 500 HOA each month
Toll brothers and the HOA Crummak do not care about our community. We’ve had multiple security concerns and crime occur. DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE, they are lying when they say this community is secured
