Special shout-out to Dr. Brian for his exceptional professional manner in handling my mother's case, he took the time to explain the situation and to show us what he meant on the big screen. Wish all doctors were like him. I would also like to thank the staff for getting us a quick appointment on a very short notice, and they were equally amazing!

Dr. Alexander is excellent on all levels. I only had a first appointment but after years of suffering from severe hyperacusis, he was the first professional to take my condition seriously, offer solutions and give me hope that my condition is treatable. I strongly recommend if you suffer from hyperacusis.

Dr Alexandre is very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answered all my questions and even though my issue was relatively minor not once did I feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend.
