Dr Radous was so wonderful letting me come in no notice to help me with my hearing aids and address difficulty with work conditions. Very kind and patient with my concerns. Highly recommend her and her office!
I was fitted with my very first pair of hearing devices from Metro Hearing back in 2012. Always had excellent service throughout the years. Stopped by the Goodyear office on 10/8/24 for some wax filters and was charged $18.00 for a pack of 8. These normally sell for $5.00. I was leaving on vacation the next morning so I had no choice but to purchase them. Emailed their corporate office detailing my experience but....... a week later I have still not received a reply. Dr. Davis and staff at the Glendale office is phenomenal! I've been having hearing issues and bilatteral tinnitus for years with no relief from other audiologists. I was seen within a few days of my referral going through. Dr. Davis gave a comprehensive exam and listened passionately to all my concerns. She fitted me for some much needed hearing aids and within a few weeks, my tinnitus is under control, I can finally hear my wife talking clearly and my quality of life has drastically improved.
