I have been a patient at this clinic for approximately six months and have not received proper medical treatment during that time. Despite being prescribed medication, I have not received the medication that was ordered for me. When I raised concerns about being in pain and not receiving the prescribed treatment, I was met with an inappropriate and racially antagonizing comment from a member of the staff.
