Took my three year old too the express care robin slone was the nurse practitioner my son told her both his ears hurt he pointed to the pain chart (8) even said his ears feel bad with out me even saying anything too her robin slone checked my sons ears said he had fluid behind the ears but did not need no antibiotics just take Tylenol even tho after she checked his ears I told her he is in pain he won’t sleep he cries she insisted that he don’t need no antibiotics later that night when it was time for my son too go to bed I ... read more

Horrible experience ! First time seeing this doctor .... She rushed me through my appt and cut me off or talked over me any time I said anything . She dismissed any concerns I had and was quick to say it’s just anxiety .... wouldn’t even prescribe ibuprofen for my pain but was quick to offer me antidepressants..... I’m not even suffering from depression ! I left feeling so unheard and not cared for ! Unbelievable
RecommendedIf have a permanently provided doctors no problems, but sooner gets user's to one they move on 😬 futher as expressed cares never good experiences so I , I travels too differently location and happier outcomes 🤗🤗

RecommendedI was seen yesterday. let me tell you I felt horrible with coughing pain in abdomen nausea. The care and attention given was exceptionally awesome. Doing your job is one thing, but I was tested for the flu, given a breathing treatment, IV, blood work Chest x-ray urine test.. I'm going into detail to say if your ER. didn't do these things..you are being cheated.... Thank you so much Staff
