EDIT: Seems that not much has changed in 2 years. Went in today to just have the outside washed. No vacuuming or inside clean required. There were 2 cars there and I was told that it would be a 1.5 hour wait. When I questioned this the excuse I got was "There are only 2 on". I'm sorry even with 2 people on it should not be a 1.5 hour wait. Best advice AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They wouldn't know customer service if it hit them square in the face. I usually go to this car wash and I USUALLY get a great price and wash.... read more
