I love the experience I have with the hair stylists but I truly feel you’re not properly educating your hair washers. I had a new person who used a clarifying spray shampoo on me when I specifically told her I had had a Brazilian blowout and a color not too long ago. I’ve never had a spray shampoo and when I asked her she said it’s fine!!!!
