roof repair work I agree with other reviews on this site about Metro Gutter. We hired them to do a roof repair which, when we arrived home we found was incomplete. Despite several phone calls, they never contacted us or came out to check on the situation. Instead, all we received was a late notice bill three months later! I continue to try to resolve the situation, even getting a manager on the phone who said he would look into it, but instead of calling me back, I received another late notice! They don't show up when promised and leave a mess when they do I will not use Metro Gutter again. They promised us on three different dates that they would show up and never did (on days in which there was NO rain). They finally showed up on the fourth date and cleaned the gutters, but threw half the gutter contents all over the ground and failed to clean up properly. These people do not have respect for their customers and I refuse to use them again.
Highly Recommend I have worked with this company for the past six years. They have been excellent. I would highly recommend this company. This company is responsive and professional.
Don't use this service If you want your gutters cleaned in an efficient and timely manner - I suggest you find another service. I contracted with Metro Gutter to have the gutters of my home cleaned and after six months all I have to show for it are three bills -- my gutters have never been cleaned.
Good gutter cleaning My neighbor highly recommends Metro Gutters. She has used them for about 10 years and says they do a great job for her. She has found them to be reliable and pleasant.
