My husband and I ordered black mulch for our 2 acres of property. it rained within 12 hours of deivery and the black washed away from the mulch leaving it look like wood chips. I provided pictures and a request to refund or replace. i was offered a refund which wasncourteous.. however the refund that was promised with a week has not been received a month later.
