We called early March to ask for a window fix (we only picked them because our building has a list of approved window people), this is almost end of April (so about two months) and we are going nowhere. really terrible company to have to deal with. It took them a month for them get my estimate which i can understand during COVID times but i was the one who had to follow up multiple times. Mary advised because my building was negligent to pay them, they would not start any work until 50% payment was received by check or direct deposit only. so i went to chase and paid direct deposit to speed up the process.
