Horrible customer service. Add an extra 200 dollars on top of their advertised prices. Don’t know why Berwyn police dept uses them!

HORRIBLE TOW COMPANY. My car was towed from berwyn due to not having a permit past 6pm. I went to the tow yard and they were closed. Owner REFUSED to allow me to get my apartment keys or backpack from the car even though I proved ownership. I did not have a place to sleep for the entire night! (No wallet with debit card). Called the police ano was able to get my ID (forced to by PD) but owner refused to release my wallet. Horrible place! Owner will be hearing from our lawyer
