Metro did an excellent job! Jason came to our house after 8 PM and quickly resolved the issue. Our garage door was stuck closed and our cars were trapped inside, but in under 30 minutes the door was fully operational again. He was very professional, communicated clearly, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Metro!
Metro Garage Door Repair will be my go-to for future service. Don't let the automated voice message saying the "call is being recorded for quality assurance" deter you from scheduling with these guys. I initially hung up the call after hearing that message but (thankfully), I received an immediate call back and spoke to someone who scheduled me for same day service.
