Service is excellent in person, but their service over the phone needs improvement, expect to wait a long time on hold over the phone
Mark in service is very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my brake lights on my cascadia . Whenever i pushed brake pedal , brake lights goes on and stay on for few seconds. changed almost every possible valve and sensor. His advice helped solved my issue. Thanks
Im a mobile truck mechanic and the first time I've been to this dealership, and it's the last. I asked if I can return a $857 part that I bought just incase I needed it on a road call at 1am they said yes when I brought the part back because I only needed the belt the parts personal is tell me he can't take this back, the part is used and the box is broken when I received the box broken.
