Wicked service and fast as Lachy is a absolute legend
DON'T TRUST THEM. Went there for the same problem at the reverse camera, brought the car there with half of fuel tank, and they gave me back with only 2 line on. Called for an explanation, and they said the manager would contact me back, and never did. Sent an email to the manager, but no reply. I am very disappointed and disrespectful from them.
Really disappointing experience purchasing my raptor from metro ford. Staff were impolite and lied about delivery times, I was promised merchandise with the deal that I didn’t receive and communication before delivery was incredibly slow and nonexistent after delivery. I attempted to make contact with both the sales member that sold me the raptor and the sales manager to purchase another vehicle for my staff but never received a response.
