Bought the car in July last year and also ordered blacked out badges. First they were not there when the car was handed over, then needed to follow up for when they arrived. Finally booked it in and the was told not all badges were there. Now months later, messages left …still not call or follow up for the final badge to be sorted. Considering what you are buying in a car is similar everywhere, the thing that sets the different places apart is the service. This one is abysmal.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Ford. I broke down right next to the Ford service centre in Brisbane and went in asking for the most basic assistance. I wasn't asking for free repairs or demanding special treatment. I simply needed to know whether they had a particular wrench available so I could remove my spare tyre and get myself back on the road. Had my Rnger serviced and a couple of fixes. Rebecca was great. Work was done in a few hours, quick clean, very happy. Recommend.
Unremarkable and average, neither good nor bad . Very ordinary dealership service
