I bought a new Raptor Nov 2024. Was supposed to have a towball fitted, salesman forgot. You're supposed to get a Raptor jacket and bag, still haven't seen it. I have tried on numerous occasions, numerous promises, still nothing. Along with that, paid cash and set a delivery date of the following Friday, only needed to do paint ceramic coating and tint, plus i needed the rego # to organise insurance. I recently had my car serviced with Ford Metro Newstead. I received the vehicle inspection results. There were items listed in their results, that did not repairing or replacing. Their service team spilt the oil filter when replacing it, which resulted in oil everywhere and it has dripped and stained my driveway post service. They said that the transfer case output shaft needed replacing, which upon a second option, doesn't.
