The level of service at this place honestly makes me want to buy a Ford! My mum has a Ford Puma, and I’ve brought it here a few times now. Every time, the staff have been so welcoming and friendly. Joel in particular has been absolutely amazing always super helpful, approachable and happy to assist. They even offered a service car while they had the car for the day, which was such a great touch and made everything so easy. Top-notch service from start to finish! 🤩 Honestly, 10/5 stars if I could
Bought the car in July last year and also ordered blacked out badges. First they were not there when the car was handed over, then needed to follow up for when they arrived. Finally booked it in and the was told not all badges were there. Now months later, messages left …still not call or follow up for the final badge to be sorted. Considering what you are buying in a car is similar everywhere, the thing that sets the different places apart is the service. This one is abysmal.
