LISA (sales woman) is the rudest & most unfriendly, unhelpful & crankiest bitter woman. Eager to buy a $90k car i walked out purely to avoid further interaction & refuse to get her a commission. Id suggest going to anyone or anywhere else. If you get her, ask for someone else or your experience is ruined & youll be complicit in her 'work'.
To clarify I have purchased two cars and have had regular car services with Ford Newstead.Excellent service every time. At my last service i asked for a quote to fix my boot latch and drivers side door.I was told the repair would take just one day. I booked the car in before Xmas.At the end of the day I received at txt message stating that they required another,due to keying issues.
