I use Metro for my oil changes and Stephen in the service department has been excellent . They picked up my vehicle at work and dropped it off for free! Who does that?? They also inspected it and sent me a play by play video of them doing it . They give real time updates on progress and all at a price that is less than you would pay anywhere else . Highly recommend!!
Pre approval price varied by 10 grand from advertised. Do not recommend this dealership at all. I do recommend the Bob Moore dealership just up the street clean clear and to the point no 3hr wait, no bs no lies about pricing
Service Department personnel were phenomenal! Was traveling from one state to another, needed urgent help to keep me going, and they were there to meet my needs! Couldn't ask for better!
John H is a great salesman. Customer service in the service dept are great also. Wish they would quit trying to update for stuff not recommended by Ford
