I bought a used 2018 vehicle from metro ford around October 2024. Since having this car I’ve had innumerable issues with the oil burning up, coolant was empty every month so I had to have the water pump replaced not even 6 months into having the car, I’ve had to replace 2 tires due to them being nearly bald and unsafe to drive on, it doesn’t start more often than not, the sunroof shade fell apart, and the worst part is the horrible smell inside discovered a few months ago. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have lived near this Ford dealership for almost 5 years and have had multiple run ins with poor service from their team. The first being when I brought my Ford Escape in for a battery change. I am a woman in my 20s, and it was immediately evident that their service department was going to try to upcharge me when they called and informed me that a new battery was not working and they were required to run diagnostics on my vehicle. The service department is really not a very good place to place to place your trust. I have a contract for service and labor that they claim will be honored by any Ford dealer. This seems to be a lie as there are several between my house and their dealership. There's about 55 miles between my house and dealership. I ruined a tire on Wednesday Aug 6. I called Sat Aug 9 and setup an appointment for Tuesday Aug 12 at 8:30 am to have tire replaced. I showed up there at 7:45 am only to be told that the tire wasn't there and would... read more
