I urge anyone considering to purchase a car to AVOID Ron Hamilton at all costs. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle earlier this week and less than 24 hours later, there was an engine malfunction and I drove my car immediately back to the dealership. I was very unhappy and uneasy about my expensive purchase. The best customer service. I went in and got the exact car I wanted and had the best service. They really do stand by there logo "it's the dealer that makes the difference "

The absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with!! I have bought 5 cars and a motorcycle through them and they are upstanding people that are straight forward and honest. I will do business with them for the rest of my life. We need more dealers like these people. They truly are the good guys!!

Best Dealership Experience I have ever had! I had shopped all over Kansas City before a friend told me to try Metro Ford. I checked their website to make sure they had what I wanted. I was impressed with all of the pictures and info available and when I called to speak with someone in person, they were so quick to answer any and all questions I had with no pressure. Don't spend your hard earned money here. The owner Bill Hewlet is a Rich kid and don't care if you really buy or not. Go somewhere that actually wants your money.
