John and the team worked with progressive after an accident. Progressive tried to low ball the repair by more than half ($2,600, vs the over $6k that was damaged). Progressive even tried pushing me to a collision center that would have used a bunch of after market crap parts... The Ford team got tough and did the repairs right, getting my 2020 F150 repaired with genuine parts. Can't even tell it was in an accident.
