This gym is very small, they utilize the space terribly, and the equipment they have is not good, leg day in this gym is impossible cause they only have one leg press but it doubles as a hack squat and it is probably the worst machine I have ever used. They have so much potential with this gym buts it’s wasted on how they laid it out, the cheap equipment they have, and they waste more space by having a yoga room that is never used and it’s the size of the main gym area.

Just cancelled my membership with Metro fitness and won’t be coming back. My wife and I have been going since last July. Really enjoyed it at first; however, it’s become overrun with high school kids. These kids come in, immediately start yelling and crowding the free weight area. One of which walks around without shoes on. It’s the same group every time. I get it, kids are there to workout and have fun, which is great, but the fact that there's no discipline is beyond me. This gym is overrun with high school kids who goof around and do not wipe down the equipment they use. The staff has put up 'no roughhousing' signs as well as 'wipe down your equipment or lose your membership' that are ineffective and clearly a bluff. Additionally the key-card access does not work some days, which is aggravating since the gym is unstaffed from 8 pm-10 pm (the only time I can go).
