Since coming to Xtreme, I have gained weight and muscle and have reached my goal. Now I continue to show up and maintain what I have built.
Unfortunately, the communication from the owners leaves a lot to be desired. I have been attempting to cancel my membership for multiple months, yet I continue to be charged. I’ve used both their membership portal and the provided email address to request cancellation, but my messages have gone unanswered. A cancellation should not be this difficult. At this point, the lack of response and continued billing has been extremely frustrating and has left me very disappointed with how the situation has been handled.
Great equipment, great people, and I can always use the machines I want to use!
Sarah Jacocks- I Recently moved to Lexington. My husband and I LOVE THIS GYM! The leg room is my favorite 🤭
