This is a great group of people to work with and they are very friendly, helpful, dependable and professional! They take care of all of my company's fire extinguisher and Safety Light needs yearly and I don't have to worry about contacting them yearly, they remind me!
I needed to recertify my power tank and the folks at pye barker did it quickly and painlessly. Dropped the tank off Monday, picked it up Thursday with a fresh recert and full of CO2. 10/10
To whoever you had driving a work van this morning at 8:40am going on Fordham Blvd going towards Carrboro (I turned on manning) chapel hill NC please know that families are driving... children... I don’t care how late you are but the way they were driving is unacceptable. Getting as close as you can to the driver in front and almost hitting them then swerving around them and getting over almost hitting me trying to get in front. I came in for help with my fire extinguishers. I was helped quickly and given good advice. Nice folks!
I want to say thank you for the quick response and excellent customer service. The gentleman that came out to our location not only looked professional but went into great detail on servicing fire extinguishers. This place is now operating under the Pye-Barker name which at first I thought "oh no" but after this experience I will only use them and recommend the Durham branch to everyone I know.
