Special praise must be given to Irene, Lisa, and Keena who helped me understand what was going on when my debit card was recently compromised and how to fill out the necessary papers! Metro is the BEST!
I've never had such a pleasant experience at a bank before. From setting up my savings account to calling/emailing with questions, and applying for a loan, I've received nothing but friendly and helpful service. Kasey Smith, a loan officer, went above and beyond to help me find a loan that would help me consolidate my debt which I never thought would be possible. In the near future, I plan on switching my checking account to Metro solely based on how great the customer service is here.
